To submit you must be the copyright holder to the image(s) being submitted or you
have permission from the copyright holder to submit the image(s) on his/her behalf.  

Submissions must be complete with all information provided within this form. 
Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Submissions should include the following:

• Photographer release form: Download here —-> Photographer Release Form
• Model release form: Download here —-> Model Release Form
• Your name and a brief bio
• The name you would like to be credited as
• List of credits for the images
• Up to 10 images (please send small jpgs for our review.
  Keep the high resolution images until we ask.)
• Image format: JPEG for consideration TIFF when accepted
• Image resolution: 300 dpi
• Image size: 8.5x11 inches (ok if larger, but image will be resized and/or cropped)
• Color: sRGB 8 bit
• No watermarks or logos are accepted on submitted images
• Priority is given to exclusive submissions
• Subjects in the images must be 18 years of age at the time of shooting and the submitter has valid proof of age along with a valid model release signed on file

Once your submission is ready, upload images, photographer release, bio, credits,
and any other info you wish to display with your submission via dropbox, google drive,
or (www.dropbox.com) and email to: zix@mindspring.com
